What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website, app or during the hands-on training workshops?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience. You may also be required to enter PII when using some of our services such as the Client Management service, the HEP service, or others.

Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:

We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. All membership fee payments are final. All the course payments are fully refundable within 1 month from the date of the first day of the course. If the cancellation request is received from 30 days to 1 week from the 1st day of the course, 50% of the payment is refundable. If cancellation request is received within one week from the 1st day of the class, the payment is not refundable, however the payment can be transferred towards the future CBAM courses.
Discounted ticket prices for any CBAM events are only available for Canadian practitioners. International practitioners who require an invitation letter for immigration or visa application purposes must pay the full event fee in advance, plus a $350 CAN application fee.
