During the event

1. Set up/ Teardown your booth

Exhibitors will be set up at Regency Ballroom, Hyatt Regency Toronto. Regency Ballroom is adjacent to the symposium room and close to other seminar rooms. The exhibition hall will be available one day before the Congress (from the afternoon of Friday, July 8, 2022) for sponsors/exhibitors to set up their booths.

The teardown can be started from 6 pm on Sunday and at this time, all boxes and packages must be collected by 11:59 PM on Sunday, July 10, 2022, after the event.

We expect more people to be there on the floor during the break times between the presentations. So, we highly recommend that you make sure your staff is available all the time, especially during the break times.

3. Shipping information

All the Exhibitors must use below Shipping Label when they send/ship boxes and packages to the hotel for the event.

Please note that the hotel will accept boxes and packages from all Exhibitors starting from Wednesday, July 6, 2022.

At this time, all boxes and packages must be collected by 11:59 PM on Sunday, July 10, 2022, after the event.


4. Facilities in the Exhibition Hall

All booths are equipped with the tables and chairs for the number of assigned staff. The floor of the hall area and all booth are carpeted.


5. Your Staff

Please submit your staff information (first name and last name) in the form below no later than June 30, 2022.


6. Your customers

The CBAM team will send the discount coupons (if not sent yet) to all the Sponsors according to their level of Sponsorship. You can provide these discounts coupons to your customers in order to receive the discount to attend the event.

8. Accommodation in the hotel for your staff:

9. Your advertising materials:

If you would like us to include your advertising materials in the attendee’s bag, we need to receive them at the below address no later than July 4, 2022:

We can place only one printing advertising item per company in attendees bags.

Important:
If you miss this deadline, you are welcome to bring your materials to the venue and leave them on the front desk, however, we can not guarantee these can be placed inside the bags by the CBAM staff during the event. 


10. Additional requests for setting up:

If the Exhibitors need Pipes and Drapes, Backdrops or Any other AV equipment for the booth, they will need to order them from Stagevision AV which works in this hotel.

There are outlets on the columns close to the booths that Sponsors can use it. Please make sure that bring your extension cords to use the electricity.

Before and After the Congress

Here is the list of Pre and post-event services offered for CBAM sponsors. These services start from the date of the purchase of the Sponsorship and will mostly continue for one year (depending on the type of service). Click here to see the levels of sponsorship

1. Arrange your speakers for the event (Deadline: June 30, 2022)

To submit the speaker information and also the topic, please use the form below. If you can submit more than 1 speaker if your sponsorship level allows, you may fill out this form multiple times. Each presentation lasts for 45 minutes. Please mention your preferred time of the presentation, the information (bio and image) of your speaker(s), and the topic of your presentation in the form.

Please note your presentation(s) during the Congress in July will also be recorded and available on the CBAM online platform which can be watched by all members in the future. 


2. Promote yourself in CBAM courses

You can have a presence physically in our courses in Canadian cities or as a short video advertisement in our live virtual courses (based on your level of sponsorship).

Please fill out the form below if you would like to attend either our physical courses or send us a pre-recorded video for being played before our virtual sessions. 


3. Journal advertisement

You can advertise your products or services in upcoming CBAM journal(s), which will be received and viewed by all CBAM members

You can send us your materials with these Specifications (you can send an image, article or both):

  • The image must be in the format of .png or .jpeg and in a letter-size (8.5*11 inches)
  • The articles must be either half-page with 100 to 150 words or a full page with 200 to 300 words

The CBAM journals are published every 3 to 4 months and they will be available online. The next Journal issue date is July 30, 2022, and the deadline to submit materials is on July 21, 2022.

4. Webinar with CBAM

You can arrange a webinar with CBAM hosts to promote your services and produces with one of your speakers if your sponsorship level allows. The length of this webinar is 60 minutes. We will advertise these webinars usually 3 weeks in advanced for our members to attend live. These webinars will also be recorded and available for all CBAM members to watch at a later date if they did not attend the live sessions.

5. Full designated page of your company on the CBAM website

You can have one full designated page on our website for your company including the description of all your products and services along with any promotional materials as well as the contact information of all your representatives in Canada. This page will be available for all members to view and connect with you. Here’s a sample of these pages for one of our sponsor companies: BTL

Please note if you do not send us the information to build this page, we can redirect your logo on our website to the homepage of your site or to any link you share with us.


6. Promotion in the CBAM Online Platform (900+ students weekly visit)

The sponsors can advertise their products or services on hundreds of pages of the CBAM online platform (CBAM LMS). This is the platform where the CBAM students review lessons before attending the practical courses. This is an amazing place that companies can promote themselves.

Here is Ads size specs for the pages on this platform: 

  • Leaderboard (728×90 pixels). This banner ad is located at the top or bottom of the page and stretches across the width of the page.
  • Banner (468×60 pixels). A banner looks like a smaller leaderboard. It is often located at the top or bottom of a page.
  • Medium or Large Rectangle (300×250 pixels) or (336×280 pixels). The rectangles are boxlike ads that are placed in between different sections of text.
  • Skyscraper or Wide Skyscraper (120×600 pixels) or (160×600 pixels). A tall ad that will run down either side of the page.

The following ad dimensions are also good

  • Half Page Ad (300×600 pixels)
  • Pop-Under (720×300 pixels)

7. Email blast to 2500+ targeted email addresses

We have promotional email blasts which are sent out to all members on a monthly basis. If you want to be included in these email blasts, you are required to send us the advertisement materials as a picture or video that we can include in the emails.
