The OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) is the final step for CBAM’s Board and CAMP Certification Programs, required to complete certification and receive your official designation. Passing the OSCE is essential for graduation.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the OSCE exam, you must meet the following criteria:

The OSCE examination is for those who are ready to receive the Board Certification designation. The Board Certification exam takes place every 1 to 2 months and students are supposed to reserve a spot in advance.
- Booking Fee: The OSCE exam fee is $450; however, the first attempt is already included in the Board Certification registration and does not require an additional payment.In the event that a re-attempt is needed, the exam fee will apply.Please note that there is also a $100 + tax booking fee required at the time of reservation. This fee is separate from the main exam fee and must be paid in order to secure an exam slot.
- Format: The exam will be conducted online via Zoom and will last approximately 1-2 hours.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or reschedule up to 1 week before the exam without penalty.
- Exam Rooms: This exam includes 4 rooms conducted virtually by CBAM faculty head office for all the approved applicants. Here is the list of rooms:
- Injectables room
- Anatomy room
- Laser room
- Cosmetic Dermatology room
In each room, the faculty will discuss some cases with the applicants. The applicant will receive a mark based on their performance in each room. In order to pass the exam, the applicant is required to receive at least 75% overall for all 4 rooms and also a minimum mark of 70% for each individual room. If the applicant fails the exam (in case the overall mark is less than 75% or the mark of either of the rooms is less than 70%), the whole exam needs to be repeated. Please note that in order to retake it, you need to purchase the exam.
- Applicants must reserve their spot in advance to receive email notification once the next exam date is confirmed.
Online Materials Access after registration:
Eligible students will have access to online materials up until the OSCE Exam date. For those wishing to extend their access beyond the first time exam booking date, CBAM Assist Elite membership offers continued review opportunities.
