Dr. Hany Demian, co-founder of pain Care clinics, has extensive and diverse experience in the medical field. With a background in emergency medicine, Dr. Demian has worked in over 35 of the largest emergency departments in Canada, which led to an interest and extensive training in pain management, in which he is considered an expert.
He is recognized for pioneering the use of bedside ultrasound within the emergency department in Canada and has been raising awareness and teaching this highly useful method of practice to physicians across Canada for over six years.
Dr. Demian, is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons , He obtained his medical degree in 2000 from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. He is actively licensed in Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, Egypt and New Zealand.
He had been a peer assessor for the college of Physicians and surgeons of Ontario since 2014.
He is a staff member at Norfolk General Hospital, Brantford General Hospital and assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University.
He has been a lecturer for PRP ( platelet rich plasma ) uses in both therapeutic and cosmetic for the past 3 years . He is a lecturer for pain management for the past 5 years .
During the last few years, Dr. Demian has further specialized in, and has been recognized for, headache and chronic migraine pain management using BOTOX® therapy. Being a leader in this area of expertise led Dr. Demian to expand his focus to aesthetic medicine, thus furthering his education and training in various highly specialized areas, including but not limited to masters by the American academy of aesthetic medicine in OBS and Gyn for female sexual rejuvenation using PRP, laser and fillers . Also masters by the American academy of aesthetic medicine in hair transplant including FUE ( follicular unit extraction ) and the strip technologies and techniques .
