Visa Invitation Letter – CBAM Aesthetic Congress 2023

Invitation letters for visa application purposes are available for international attendees upon request.
Notes:
– International attendees who purchase the Full Access Ticket will receive an invitation letter free of charge.
– International attendees who purchase the other tickets for the event will have to pay for the visa invitation letter. The processing fee for this letter is $150 CAD non-refundable. (Note: We can not provide the letter before purchasing the congress ticket)
– If your visa application gets rejected, you might be eligible for a partial limited refund for your ticket based on our refund policy.
– CBAM does not take any responsibility for the acceptance and process of your visa application.
– CBAM does not send any invitation letters directly to Immigration Canada. CBAM will only provide you with the letter of invitation. You may add this letter to your visa application.
