Botulinum toxins, unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, have no known antidote. As a result, there is no quick way to dissolve Botox or reverse its effects. The only thing that will help Botox effects fade is time.
There are a few ways to help correct some of the Botox complications. For example, eyedrops for droopy eyelids, or corrective Botox treatment for bunny nose wrinkles or Spock eyebrows. These treatments will buy you some time until the Botox effects wear off.
Furthermore, some studies have demonstrated that using pyridostigmine, an anticholinergic agent, to modulate severe dysphagia, breathiness, dyspnea, and some distant/autonomic symptoms caused by botulinum toxins was well tolerated and resulted in significant symptom improvement.
It would be a game changer to be able to target areas that have been overtreated. But keep in mind that, like with fillers, having a reversal agent is no alternative for practicing cautiously at all times and thoroughly assessing our patients.
